As you might expect, DGF is not immune to the economic pressures affecting all nonprofits working today.  The number of families needing vital/basic assistance has increased tremendously.  We have needed to focus our main funding to help families survive financial crisis due to loss of employment, medications not covered by insurance and rising transportation expenses.  This is why we are asking you to consider a special donation to the Pajama Party.  The Holiday Pajama Party provides an escape from the difficult treatments and provides much needed fun-time for the families to enjoy.
